Reasons I don't want to read this book:
This book is too mainstream. Everyone I know has already read it or is in the process of reading it. It is more of a historical fiction than a sci-fi or fantasy, and historical fiction is not my cup of tea. Sure, it has time travel, but I don't think there's any magic involved.

My husband suggested it to me- okay, he's been BEGGING me to read it. But my husband likes weird sci-fi books, and I don't. He assures me that it's not a weird sci-fi book, but I'm not so sure. Plus, the cover looks like it should be a historical drama novel. I heard it might be about zombies or the apocalypse or something- I haven't read any summaries, it's just what I've heard.
